freezing, pixelated pictures, and loss of sound.
I am reaching out for help with a persistent Xfinity TV service issue that has not been resolved despite multiple technician visits and extensive troubleshooting through chat and phone support. I have spent many hours trying to resolve this without success.
For at long time I have had this problem and finally just had enough.. My TV service has suffered from freezing, pixelated pictures, and loss of sound. The issue occurs intermittently but frequently enough to make watching television extremely frustrating.
Two technicians have already visited my home. The first technician incorrectly diagnosed the problem as my modem. Following chat support’s recommendation, I obtained a new Xfinity modem, which was supposed to resolve all issues. Unfortunately, the problem persists exactly as before. What do I do next to get the quality of reception that I am paying for.
Xfinity help keeps doing the same thing over and over with no improvement and a huge waste of my time.
