Cannot go to certain programs without you asking me for codes to open up Freevee tv what’s with that??

@user_3gqccg Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. Are you receiving a verification code prompt within an app when opening it, when trying to view content, or just randomly throughout the day?

Freevee used to play automatically on Xfinity like tubi but now freevee wants an amazon/code for me to access it. And that requires amazon prime. I remember this happened once before but not how it got fixed.

It is possible to sign on to Freevee without an Amazon Prime membership, it's just awkard and confusing. I got it eventually, hope you can, too.

Try to watch something on Freevee. It will demand an amazon.com/code.

Open your on-line Amazon account

Enter: amazon.com/code

Register your device: Enter the activation code for your device to register it with your Amazon account.

Enter the code you see on your TV
Now go to Freevee
