free isn't free

I wanted to share my observation that "free" should mean completely at no extra cost at this time. I used the "free this week" feature and then selected "free movies," which should show me movies I can watch at no additional cost. However, in this movie list, I found the newest "Beetlejuice." This isn't necessarily an issue on its own, but unfortunately, it’s on the Netflix streaming service, which requires an extra payment to access. Movies like this should not be included in the list of free options, as they are not truly free to me. Thank you for your time

Good Afternoon, @LukeS1973! Thank you so much for taking to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! We really do value your feedback, and we are always looking for ways to improve our customers experience. The Free this week may include additional options with Netflix, and more if you have the subscriptions to the streaming services, you are allowed to watch it.

This is my point: "The Free this week may include additional options with Netflix and more, but you need to have subscriptions to the streaming services in order to watch them.

As an individual, I question why do I have access to view specific shows and movies. There's no reason for me to be shown content from services I don't subscribe to. I currently don't have Netflix, so why should I have to view Netflix's selection of movies? My reasons for not having the service are irrelevant; I shouldn't be required to know what's available on a platform I don't use. plain and simple"
