Fox Sports

I keep getting an error with Fox Sports even though I know it is included in my package. What is going on?! I’ve restarted, deleted, reinstalled etc. Someone please look into this.

And thank you for the troubleshooting steps you have taken; it sounds like you've deleted and reinstalled, so to clarify, is it the Fox Sports app, the Xfinity Stream app, or something else where you are getting the error? Are you watching it on an X1 device, a Flex streaming box, or a mobile phone, or tablet, or something else? Would you also be able to tell us what error it is that you're receiving?
