Fox Sports 2 & QVC 3 bleed over

Does anyone else have an issue when tuning to Foxsports 2 or QVC 3 and then tuning to a different change of having one of these channles come in on the channel you changed to. This happens quite often. The last time I watched Foxpsorts 2 then changed to food netowrk Foxpsorts 2 instead of food network showed on the tv. the only way to correct is to change channel then back to food netowrk channel.
