Fox sports 1 (FS1) pixelated garbled picture

Only Fox Sports channel, ongoing consistently for one week despite reset of system, checking TV settings, checking cables. Does not occur during commercials. Occurs on each of our TV’s/cable boxes throughout the house. 
Seems to be a common issue with Fox sports. Please address/provide solution.
