Same here on 9/16/24. Out in and off past 3+ days. Never Xfinity’s fault when I complain.

Are you noticing this problem on multiple channels or just 1?

Do you see any error messages/codes, picture distortion, or a certain color of screen when it goes out?

Same issue here in Long Branch, NJ. Just started today. Why just this one channel? We can access through Xfnity online, but not on our TVs.

Hi, there! Has this cleared up for you in the last few days? Can you try manually tuning into the SD channel to see if there are issues there as well?
