Fox News recording

For some reason my scheduled shows on Fox News are not recording. When checking schedule it says there are none scheduled for two weeks but the series record for the show says they are to be recorded. Also, The Fox News app does not seem to work well with Xfinity.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your recordings. Can you tell me what you have the recordings set at? Do you have them set to record new and duplicates? Do you have Have them set to record only in HD?

@XfinityMichelle​ all are set to record new only and none show repeats anyway. They may be HD preferred but not only. Entire nights have been skipped which includes four or 5 daily shows.

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
