filing a property damage claim against Xfinity

Xfinity buried cables along the side of my patio. This was undisturbed soil. Not installed to the Xfinity Standards. Erosion went under my patio and it settled 1.5 inch causing damage to my support post at patio. Cable installed in 05/2024. I was never notified of the installation. Xfinity has closed my claimECM0018333551.  I have not been contacted by anyone from Xfinity to explain or support their decision to close the property damage claim. I am now feeling bullied.. I have file my complaint with the BBB. It is the lack of transparency that is a systemic issue when dealing with Xfinity. Has anyone reached out for litigation assistance.?
