FETV

FETV is one i'll name that isn't a sub on a broadcast network. That's the problem.

OR comcast decided to up the fee upon renewel which is more likely the story. I've heard that way more than channels just deciding to pull the plug.

All of the networks I mentioned are broadcast channels and should be included in the most basic TV channel packages. Not all are available everywhere, but you can check their web sites to see if they are available by you.

You do NOT need a fancy cable box. I get all of them on a basic Comcast DTA in my bedroom. They are also available through the Xfinity Stream app on something like a Roku or phone/tablet.

Andyross why do you feel the need to cut/paste your response over and over again regarding FETV?  It is odd, are you really just a xfinity customer?

Why is FETV being removed from the line up in Michigan?  We are unhappy with this changed. 

Is Xfinity dropping FETV, on July 1st.

In the utah market. I cannot get a straight answer from Comcast.

I want to log a formal complaint. I just learned that as of today, 6/30/2020, I will no longer be able to get the FETV channel. I am so disappointed. I love this channel. It has a lot of the shows I grew up with, laughed with. I really enjoyed watching these old shows. Brings back memories of a simpler, safer time. There is something to be said about nostalgia, being able to escape reality for a little while given what the world is going through now. Please reconsider and keep this channel!

Did you read the full thread about FETV? They are PAYING Comcast to LEASE a channel, and are dorpping it some areas because there are not enough viewers to cover the cost of the lease.

I am very upset with your decision to cancel the FETV.  I don't understand what is wrong with you people.  You took TCM which was an horrendous move, now you want to take away more DECENT tv,  

at the rate you are going you are going to be losing alot of business.

You also make me pay fees for things that I never use.  Example: Sports Fees, I don't watch sports ever.  But have to pay anyway.

If this keeps up or maybe even still, I will be looking for a better company to provide my sevices!!!!  I am sure I'm not the only person feeling this way.

Whatever happened to customize your service?  Customers should be able to decide what chanels they want to watch without having to having to pay for chanels they never watch.
