FETV in Seattle, WA area
FETV was available to me on channel 1077 as of W 7/9 to at least 8:45PM (I recorded Emergency!). By Th 7/10 ~1:10PM, it was gone, because The Rookies didn't record. It's still gone as of ~8:30AM F 7/11. I have a cable card in an HDHomerunPrime tuner and 2 DTAs. 1077 is no longer in the guide on the DTAs and 1077 disappeared from the cable card as well.
I've read other posts about a transition of FETV from SD to HD in different cities and at different times. I receive plenty of HD channels on the DTAs and the cable card which are "AVC HD", which means MPEG-4.
So where did this channel go and is it coming back?

I don't know, but I'm in the Portland OR market in the same boat with Channel 1095. I'm happy with my TiVo, and I don't want to change to their equipment.

I have a TiVo in one room and the channel is gone. However, I have an Xfinity box in another room and it's working fine there. So frustrating! I watch this channel all the time.

Is the HD channel a QAM feed (CableCard accessible) or an IP feed (not CableCard accessible)?

@BruceW asked the single most important question. I've read where this FETV channel loss happened in other areas over the last couple of years, and Comcast keeps parroting the line "the channel switched from SD to HD, so that's why you don't get the channel anymore." The SD to HD switch has nothing to do with why DTAs and CableCards can't access the channel anymore. They both support AVC HD MPEG-4 channels and have for 10+ years. Switching the channel to an IP feed that requires the $10 per month rental of an X1 box is the only explanation that makes sense. I wish they would just say that.
What makes zero sense is a Limited Basic customer like me paying an additional $10 per month when I'm paying "only" $60 per month for the service (an almost 17% increase in the total bill?!?).
And, whether it's because I'm Limited Basic, I don't have an X1 box, I don't use Xfinity internet, or a combination, none of the streaming options for the TV channels I get work (nor have they ever worked, although I confess, I haven't tried very often):
• https://www.xfinity.com/stream/listings shows the guide for all channels I get, but when I try to watch anything, Watch is grayed out with "Connect to in-home Wi-Fi to watch" shown instead.
• The Xfinity Stream app on Roku shows movies I activated on VUDU, UltraViolet, etc. over the years from codes in DVDs and Blu-Rays, but no TV channels (?!?!).
I'm not looking for troubleshooting pointers; I'm just pointing out the "No big deal that you lost the channel on your CableCard device; you can just stream it!" claim is quite hollow for me. And I suspect I'm not the only one with this problem.
That ticking sound you hear is the countdown on me ending my Comcast subscription. Too expensive, not carrying desirable local digital subchannels, and now this. Not cool.
