I discovered the same issue when the xfinity app made me sign in AGAIN on my smart tv last night. When it activated, the home page had changed completely and there was NO “Favorites” category showing. To find my channels I must now scroll through ALL channels beginning with “1.” The app shows my Favorites on my iPhone and my iPad, but NOT on my tv. How can this be fixed?
