It happened on both of my set top boxes for my TVs. I turned on my TV and it was on "all channels" insteast of favorites like it normally is. I go to "favorites" and it gives me a "tip" to save channels to favorites. All my channels saved in favorites were gone. I reset the box and they were still gone. I didn't have a list of my favorites anywhere so I had to to guess at what I used to have and re-save them again. A week or two ago, I switched out my old router for a new Xfinity Wireless Gateway and set top box for a 4k box. They worked just fine for several days before this happened.
user_js9hly, thank you for reaching out. To confirm, were speaking about the Favorites section on the X1 guide, or are you not seeing your channels available to watch/stream? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Also, is this across all X1 devices?
