Fan duel Detroit not working

I just purchased a channel package that included FanDuel sports. All of the FanDuel channels are working now except FanDuel detroit. This was the whole reason for me purchasing this package.

user_uim87n, thank you so much for posting a request for help with your Fan Duel content. Fan Dule, Formerly Bally Sports, is a regional Sports network that provides access to regional sports in your area, not other regions. Are you currently residing near Detroit?

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
