Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums page for help with your two TVs not getting a signal tonight, @user_5077fd. We want to make sure you're able to use your X1 services to the fullest so you can enjoy all the benefits with your cable service. You've reached the right team to help get this resolved!
Can you tell me what steps, if any, you've attempted in trying to get the signal to work on your TVs? This could include double-checking the correct input is selected on the TVs, checking that the cables are firmly connected on both ends, rebooting your primary box first and each of your secondary boxes, or using the awesome Xfinity My Account app to troubleshoot your connections.
Also, are your secondary boxes wireless boxes, or do they have a coax connection?
