I have the gold plan where we get 185 plus channels. ESPNU is part of my package but we have not been able to get it for several days. Have done a refresh two days in a row. Why can’t I get it

Hello, user_07bb0f! Thanks for reaching out about ESPNU. I apologize that has been giving you trouble and will get this working once again. The system refresh and restart were great steps to take to try and resolve this. The Xfinity app is also helpful and has troubleshooting at your fingertips. Are you seeing a specific error message or error code or is the screen a certain color?
