ESPNU is supposed to be part of the $10/mo pack we bought - Sports entertainment

But it errors with "need a subscription". and guy on phone says "I don't see it listed". even though sales person told us it was and xfinity website says it is:

scottfg, as we have not heard back from you in some time, I have closed this thread to further comments. I hope you were able to get this issue figured out so you can access ESPNU again, but if you still need assistance, please feel free to start a new thread.
