ESPN2 only channel not working but was working yesterday

ESPN2 suddenly not working.  No sound and picture is delayed.  Only channel and US Open is on

Thanks for your comment, hrbarrett. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a similar issue. This is not the experience we would like you to have. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps, such as rebooting the box manually, through the Xfinity App? Or followed the steps listed by my peer Sean?

If you're still having issues with the audio either not coming though or not synching up with the picture, you might be able to resolve the issue by following some of the troubleshooting steps found here.
