My ESPN HD and ESPN2 HD channels have begun to come through pixelated with garbled audio. After chatting with support and efforts to send signals or restart (to no avail), I now get a message that says, to the effect, “we’re having trouble connecting” when I try to enter one of those channels. It’s now been two weeks and it is not resolved. What next?
