That’s a tuning error. Channels come in on different frequencies and something is impeding the frequency that ESPN comes in on. Check your cables are tight as in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further
I have checked my connections and I still get error code XRE03059. This error code has been coming up for the last couple of weeks. I do see where Comcast is giving me a credit on my next bill stating it is for courtesy sports. Is this possibly pertaining to the same issue? I am wondering if the ESPN channels are in contract negotiations with Comcast and they are blocking out the channels until the issue is resolved. Before I have a tech out, I want to make sure it is not a Comcast issue so I am not wasting the techs time on a service call. Would I be charged for that service call?
If the cause is in your House, there’s a service charge. That credit is for regional sports fee reimbursement, nothing to do with ESPN coming in or not.
