ESPN Unlimited NOT WORKING

I have a package with ESPN included, and as a result, I activated ESPN UNLIMITED back in March. I had no issue watching ESPN Unlimited content such as WWE Events. Today, I try to watch WWE clash in Italy and the ESPN APP tells me I have to link to my TV provider. I follow the instructions on the ESPN app and I visit https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and it says that ESPN Unlimited is activated but it still does not work on the ESPN APP. 

I have tried uninstalling apps, I've tried it on my Samsung Galaxy S26, my laptop and my Roku TV but it just doesn't work. I was on chat support for over an hour and customer service ended the chat. Next, I get an agent who tells me you guys don't offer ESPN UNLIMITED, which is a lie. I decided to call customer service and the woman hung up on me. I AM BEYOND [Edited: "Language"]!

I missed the entire show and I still can't access ESPN

Same issue here. I've tried everything to get it to work and nothing.

I figured it out on my own. So, I deleted my account with ESPN (you might not need to delete your account), I made sure I logged out of the app on my cell, my roku and my browser. I cleared my history for like the last week.  My Goal was to start over and link Xfinity to ESPN app.

Next, I visited  https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and went down to ESPN unlimited and clicked on the "Visit ESPN" button. It should ask for you to login or create a new account. I created a new account and it worked. Also, I made sure my new ESPN login matched my Disney+ account and it worked.
