ESPN Unlimited Entitlement
Hi, a My Disney account was created through my Xfinity ESPN Unlimited Entitlement activation using an email address with a typo that doesn't exist: it was a typo there is no "." in the email address. ESPN Unlimited activated using the incorrect email address and after I realized the mistake I tried to update the email address in My Disney but it demanded I input a 6 digit code sent to the incorrect email address, but I obviously can't receive the verification code, so I can't update the email. I called My Disney they said i should call ESPN and they said Xfinity had to update it that Xfinity controls it. Xfinity convinced me to delete the My Disney account with the incorrect email address, as Xfinity said and confirmed that I have the correct email address associated with ESPN Unlimited Entitlement and it still shows as "Active". I created a new My Disney account with the correct email address but the ESPN Unlimited Entitlement Subcription doesn't get linked to the correct My Disney Account. I'm certain my ESPN Unlimited subscription is still tied to the incorrect email account. Xfinity passes me to Disney who passes me to ESPN who passes me back to Xfinity.
Can we change or transfer my ESPN Unlimited that is likely still linked to the incorrect email account to my correct email account[Edited: "Personal Information”]? My ESPN Unlimited entitlement is still active with Xfinity but Xfinity can NOT deactivate it without canceling my plan completely and then the Entitlement is likely not offered anymore and or my channel package price will increase. Is there a way to transfer MY ESPN Unlimited entitlement associated to an invalid email address to my proper email address. OR there HAS TO BE a way to Deactivate the ESPN Unlimited Entitlement on Xfinity's end without canceling my package. This would allow me to reactivate my ESPN Entitlement. All of this happened yesterday. I have been with XFINITY Support for hours and all they can say is my ESPN Unlimited entitlement is ACTIVE but I know that it is active/associated with the incorrect email in MyDisney / ESPN system, yet both of them send me back to Xfinity saying Deactivate the ESPN Entitlement.
I just need the ESPN Unlimited activation reset or deactivated In Xfinity or unlinked from the current MyDisney account, so I can re-activate it from the Subscription Hub with my correct email. I tried to unlink it but I don't want to cancel or change my TV package.
