ESPN unlimited activation broken

I need to open a technical support escalation for an ESPN Unlimited activation failure.

My Xfinity account includes ESPN Unlimited, but activation consistently fails after I successfully authenticate with my Disney credentials.

I have tested this on both an iPhone and a Windows/Mac computer. The same problem occurs when accessing ESPN’s subscription portal directly.

My Xfinity account still shows ESPN Unlimited as Activate.

I need someone to:

Verify that my ESPN Unlimited entitlement is correctly provisioned on my Xfinity account.
Check whether the activation authorization is successfully being transmitted to ESPN.
Escalate the account-linking failure to advanced technical support or the team responsible for third-party streaming integrations.

Please open a formal support ticket, provide the case number, and tell me when I should expect an update.

I do not need additional browser troubleshooting. I have already completed that.
