ESPN Not Working But All Other Channels Are Fine

ESPN channels are consistently glitching and full of static. I haven't been able to watch football or basketball on EPSN through Xfinity since college football season started without static throughout the broadcast. Trying to watch NCAA women's elite 8 Monday night and broadcast can't be seen at all. We can watch through the ESPN app on other devices, but will not play clearly through Xfinity on TV or app. Still glitching now (Tues) while all other channels are fine.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_xqbqno. That is definitely an issue we can look into from here for you. Send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
