ESPN Glitching. All other channels ok

Our ESPN and ESPN2 have been unwatchable for the last week. The 2 channels are pixelated and won’t play. We are using boxes on 3 TVs. All 3 TVs have the same issue. All other channels work and ESPN works on the Xfinity Stream App on the iPad.

I have done all the troubleshooting steps and reset our boxes multiple times

What can I do to fix this? I have only been able to reach a real person on customer service once and they said it would be a $90 service fee to come out.This seems to be an issue mentioned many times on these forums and is clearly Xfinity’s problem. Please help!

I know it's frustrating when things are not working properly, especially when it seems to be working fine on the Xfinity Stream app. Normally, there would be multiple channels impacted and possibly noticeable issues across all services if there were signal interference causing trouble for the equipment. Have you also tried to run diagnostic troubleshooting through the Xfinity app/website? It can help detect any known issues or error codes that the boxes may be sending.
