ESPN Access

I have not been able to get a clear picture or sound on ESPN HD or ESPN2 HD. Picture is pixelated and audio is garbled. I contacted support, they went through a series of fixes- signals to boxes, restarting, etc- and it hasn’t resolved the problem. Same problem on all TV boxes, no other channels affected.
