Error message when trying to connect to Max through Xfinity provider
I have been trying to access Max through my Xfinity subscription all day and I am receiving an error message. I keep getting the prompt to sign in and when I do so, I get the following error:

"message": "Unable to complete partner authentication process. Please contact support."
This is happening whether I try to access Max directly through my cable box, the Max app on my Amazon fire stick or the Max app on my iPad.
This is extremely frustrating. Please help.

I was just coming here to post the same thing. I was in the middle of a show, got logged out and haven’t been able to get back in. After I connect with Xfinity as the provider, I get a green checkmark “You’re already signed in with Xfinity and ready to watch”, and then it goes to a page with the code posted above. I spent 30 minutes attempting to troubleshoot with Max.com chat to no avail.
