Error Code XRE-00250

I have 3 TV boxes.  Over the past 4 days I've gotten the error code XRE-00250 4 times.  It has happened once with 2 boxes and twice with one box.  THey tell me the code for a box hasn't been added to my account, although I've at times had all 3 boxes working.  Every time I report this the agent want's to change my plan.  This is getting a little frustrating.

@Action2719 Thank you for making us aware of the error message you're getting when attempting to enjoy your cable services. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem. I understand you've already gone through this but it's important that we're on the same page. Can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you done on your own? Have you by any chance reset the cable boxes by using the Xfinity app? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
