Email from xfinity re peacock

every 6 weeks or so I get an email telling me to activate my peacock subscription.  however, I've had peacock through xfinity since it first became available and it's always on my bill as a service I have.

is this just a generic email that goes out to everyone or does xfinity not think I have peacock already?

UNCNU - Thank you for choosing Xfinity and for joining us here on the Forums. We appreciate you reaching out about the emails you've been receiving.

To better understand what's happening, did you recently make any changes that would make you eligible for Peacock at no additional cost? Also, were you previously paying separately for a Peacock subscription?

nope.  I've received peacock free from xfinity since the very first day it became available and I've never paid for it.  it's always been part of my high speed internet service.

no issues with the service working.  the emails have been coming for months.

I'll also note it frequently shows up in my account in the xfinity app.  if I open the app it checks for updates and sometimes it's empty and other times it tells me to activate peacock.

there are no service issues, it's just annoying to keep getting the emails.
