E. W. Scripps Programming Agreement Expired

E. W. Scripps cable network programming is currently unavailable as our agreement with E. W. Scripps has expired.

 

Please know we pay programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made and they haven’t been accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience.

[Edited: "Language"]  Why do I keep paying for so much money for many channels that I don't even want, but the ones that I do (local channels by the way), are no longer available?  Really need to re-think this.

Missing FAVORITE channel.....WXMI.....so I am holding monthly payment until SOMEONE responds...also,

why haven't you issued a credit for this???

We have been customers for 25ish years........very frustrating....am AGAIN considering other options.....

PS.....customer service is BEYOND LOUSY...yes, that's exactly what you want.

115clp47gmailcom Comcast works to negotiate fair terms in order to ensure the greatest value for customers, given all the ways content can be accessed today. A number of reasonable offers have been made that E. W. Scripps hasn’t accepted. Comcast continues to work towards making this programming available again with fair pricing and terms for our customers.
