DVR recording wrong channel

This started happening on 4/16.  Recording is set for channel 431, ABC in Fort Myers, FL, but actually records channel DABL.  The information listed on the recording is correct for what should have recorded, but the actual recording itself is wrong.  I've tried a system refresh and a system restart, neither resolved the issue.  Please help.

I’m having same problem. It seemed to be fixed last couple of days but broken again 4/25.

Same happening here on at least 3 occasions. Lasts for 24+ hours then “fixes” Been in touch with Comcast several times. No help.

I am having the same problem in Naples FL. How to correct it? ABC7 set to record but recording is channel DABL.

I’m also in Naples. “Fixed” its self again this morning. I chatted online yesterday and the agent said he would escalate the response. We’ll see....

May 4th - same thing happening on Sanibel- one day it’s fine, next day it records DABL - what’s up xfinity?

Happened yesterday again in Naples. I did a system refresh from the myxfinity app before I went to bed. Working OK this morning. A system refresh had not fixed it previously so a coincidence? Very irritating, Xfinity!
