DVR recording with audio description

SNL recorded with audio description and there’s no way to turn it off. It’s really annoying and the audio is horrible. I checked the settings and it’s not turned on.

That happened here as I watched SNL. I could not turn it off. Was it a system problem?

Same here. Tried the actual Smart TV settings and Xfinity settings, both say audio descriptions are off. Super-annoying.

Same thing here — the last 2 SNLs recorded this way.  So annoying!!!  My settings show Audio Descriptions are turned off.  Some type of software bug?
