DVR recording issues (AKA whack a mole)
Help!
We record Jeopardy Monday thru Friday on WLSD1 in Chicago. About 2 weeks ago, two to four Jeopardy episodes started to record fro the Game Show Network (GSN). Yes, we deleted the original scheduled recordings, redid it to make sure it was recording on WLSD1 only, and have tried to delete GSN upcoming recordings but they keep popping back up, like whack a mole!

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_e70fb9! This article here has step-by-step instructions showing a screenshot of an option to select specific channels Based on what you mentioned, you deleted the previous series recordings and then set up a new one that should only be recording on WLSD1.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
