dvr keep issue

I've setup a number of series recordings and use the "keep" feature to just keep only 10 episodes of a program. Why is this feature no longer working? The dvr keeps recording the program beyond 10 episodes till it fills the dvr. I've tried resetting the series recording and reset the dvr but it is still recording beyond the number set in the "keep" setting.

Thank you for reaching out to us here on our forum about your DVR issues @user_67fd90. I love recording my favorite shows so I can watch them in my free time so I'd be upset if my DVR wasn't working the way I wanted it to. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Is this happening with everything you record or just specific content?

Same issue here.  Seems like a fairly basic feature to set a limit on the # of recordings in a series.  All started when I went to Cloud DVR.
