Duplicate channels included in Ultimate TV and More Sports & Entertainment

With the recent price increases, I have been reviewing services to see any opportunities for savings. When comparing the channels lists for Ultimate TV and More Sports & Entertainment, I notice that 20 of the 31 channels listed in the More Sports & Entertainment channel list are also in the the Ultimate TV list. Is this correct? Another question: I see that CMT Music (CMT) appears in the Ultimate TV channel list while CMT Music (CMT) and CMT HD appear in the More Sports & Entertainment channel list. Is this correct? I thought that the HD option of channels were included at no additional charge.
