DTA Missing Channels
I have an X1 DVR, 2 Companion Boxes, and 1 DTA. The DVR and Companion boxes get all the correct channels, but the DTA is missing several, such as MLB Network and NFL Network. Does the DTA not support these channels? I've already unplugged it from power for 15 seconds and plugged it back in and that did not resolve it. Any help would be appreciated.

@plomaris Hey there! Great question. Our adapters can't receive channels that are part of a subscription service or advertised promotion.
In order to view premium channels such as HBO, Showtime, or Starz, you need a digital TV Box. Additional boxes can be ordered at an extra fee. To order an additional box
