Downgrade Popular TV to Choice TV with Entertainment package

First of all, trying to save money here.  I just finished reviewing the Xfinity changes taking place on May 1st.  I currently have Popular TV but want to downgrade to Choice TV and add just the $17.00 Entertainment package.  I no longer want Sports & News and Kids & Family.   This would go a longs way to meeting my budget goals.

This type of bundling may not be available but I would like to know if it is possible.  Thank you for any input.
