Do you want me to drop your service and switch to streaming?

Not having a core channel like ABC available is simply unacceptable.

It's bad enough my rates have skyrocketed in the past year or so, but now I can't even watch the shows I'm paying to see. I'm the only one in my house who watches regular TV anymore. I keep it because there are shows and events I like to watch. If you aren't going to provide me with a core channel, I will have to seriously think about dropping Xfinity and going strictly to streaming services, cutting you out completely.

High prices, bad service. Not a good combination.

I know I'm just one person, so losing me won't make your business crumble. But from all the comments I see, there are a lot of people really ticked off with you. If we all leave, that will definitely have an impact.

Fix it .... and I mean soon ... or I'm gone.
