Do Not Subscribe to Paramount + through Xfinity

On June 1st, I subscribed to Paramount + through Xfinity with an annual charge of $139.99. I was unable to connect to the app. On Jun 2nd, I chatted with Rajesh who was more interested in selling me a new service. On Jun 8th, I worked with a customer account executive for over 2 hours without success. I requested a credit for $139.99. She agreed. On Jun 16th, I spoke with an agent who promised all prior agreements would be honored. When I received my statement, the credit still had not been applied. Called again Jun 24th, spoke to supervisor Katij who said the credit had been denied because Paramount + was a third party vendor and I would need to contact them. This is ridiculous because they are not billing me that charge. I am beyond frustrated with Xfinity! I have spent hours trying to straighten out this mess! Do NOT subscribe to Paramount + through Xfinity!!

Xfinity, since you are unable to provide the service, refund the charge of $139.99!
