I was having trouble with my reception. All of my DVR programs were disappearing and I had to unplug and replug for them to be restored. This happened three or four times each day. The techician said that I needed to upgrade the boxes, which I did. However, I was not told that by getting a new package, I would lose WE TV. If I had known this, I would not have agreed to the change. Since I was grandfathered on WE, I would like to have it reinstated. I don't feel that this is an unreasonable request. Thank you.
