Disney plus freezes on commercials

Apparently this is a common and Xfinity problem. I cannot watch an hour-long Disney Plus program, freezes during commercials and if I can finally exit out (it isn’t easy) and restart I am subjected to more ads and more freezing! Looks like this is something Xfinity needs to fix based on the number of complaints you have received. Ready to cancel my Disney Plus subscription and let them know this is on Xfinity. Time to switch to Roku?
