Disney junior

New to X1 streaming it says I do not have access to Disney junior or Nick junior but when I go to premium to add on I cannot find them to be added?

I apologize to hear that you are not able to access Disney Jr or Nick Jr. As a parent I certainly know important it is to have access to these channels.
