Disney + issue
My Xfinity plan includes Disney+ with ads, and Xfinity has shown it as my current plan since I first became eligible. However, I have never successfully activated the benefit. When I sign in to Disney+ using my existing account, it asks me to choose a paid subscription.
My previous Disney+ subscription was billed directly through Disney, but it was canceled and the paid period has fully ended. I’m using the same email address associated with that account.
On the Xfinity side, the benefit shows “With ads current plan,” but my options are to add a premium plan or remove the benefit. I cannot find an option to activate the included subscription.
I have already contacted both Xfinity and Disney+. Xfinity says this is a Disney problem, and Disney says it is an Xfinity problem. Neither company has resolved the issue.
I need help investigating the activation or entitlement provisioning, not another referral to the other company. Could an employee please check whether my included Disney+ benefit has been provisioned correctly and whether the activation status or account association needs to be reset?
I do not want to remove my included benefit or purchase a separate subscription to work around an activation issue.

Hello, @user_kk9417 Sorry for the inconvenience in getting your Disney+ subscriptions activated. To help get this resolved can you tell me if you followed these steps to activate the subscription:
Click Activate now from the email you receive or visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.
Enter your Xfinity ID and password, then click Let’s go to sign in to your Xfinity account.
Click Activate next to the subscription.
If an activate option doesn’t appear next to the streaming service, your service has already been activated, and you’ll just need to sign in to the Disney+ or Hulu app using your MyDisney credentials to start streaming.
Note: Activating one of the apps will automatically activate all Disney apps you are subscribed to. This would include Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited access.
You’ll receive a confirmation message that you’re leaving Xfinity to activate your subscription.
Confirm you want to activate, then follow the steps below.
If you already have a Disney+ or Hulu subscription
Enter your existing MyDisney email address.
Click Continue and follow the on-screen prompts.
Note: This will allow you to bring over watch history and user settings.
Once activated, you will need to cancel your subscription directly through the third party (Disney).

Doesn’t work. There’s no activation button I even took the 9.99 charge to see if that would do it but it just says active with no way for me to activate it
