Disney+ app no longer working

I've been using the Disney+ app on the set top box since it became available.  Within the last couple days, it no longer works and initially I got an error 42 code and now i get a message stating i need to upgrade my equipment

@user_5da1aa Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out. I am sorry to hear you are no longer able to use Disney+ on your TV box. It definitely sounds like you are going to need a new box. You can exchange your incompatible X1 TV Box by choosing the Disney+ app tile and following the prompts on-screen.

 

The following X1 TV Boxes aren’t compatible with the Disney+ app:

  • RNG150, including the following models:
    • PCRNG150BNMD - Pace RNG150N-M
    • PCRNG150BNCD - Pace RNG150N-C
    • SMRNG150BNMD - Samsung RNG150N-M
    • SRRNG150N/CCO - Samsung RNG150N-C
  • Pace Xi3
    • Model PX031ANI
  • Samsung XG2v2
    • Models SX022ANC and SX022ANM
  • Arris XG1v1
    • Models MX011ANC and MX011ANM
  • Pace XG1v1
    • Models PX001ANC and PX001ANM

May I ask what the model of your TV box is?

Disney+ app is completely missing from our X1 box all of a sudden.  How do we get it back??
