disney + app no longer working on xfinity

Since 5/10/22, the Disney+ app on Xfinity will not work. It just spins and then says "Sorry, something went wrong." I am able to use the Samsung TV  Disney+ app with no problem.

No error code. It just says "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try later"

Have you tried restarting your TV box since this has happened? To do this, please remove the power cord from the wall plate (not the back of the cable box), wait 60 seconds, and replace the power cord. Please let us and the community know if there is any change once this has been done!

Same issue! Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. Request for https://api.commerce.comcast.com/consent/token failed. I've been on the phone with xfinity for days, no help. Spoke with Disney+ customer service, they don't know what's causing the issue either. I'm beyond frustrated.

@user_536503 I'm so sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues accessing the Disney+ through your Xfinity equipment, despite getting in touch with our team. May I ask where resolution left off the last time you worked with a specialist to troubleshoot this? Was a ticket created to have the issue looked into further?
