DISCOVERY PLUS BLACK SCREEN

FOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO PLAY DISCOVERY PLUS... YES I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING YOU HAVE SUGGESTED TO OTHERS.... I LOGGED ME OUT OF EVERY ACCOUNT. NO WAY FOR ME TO DELETE THE APP OR ANY APP IVE TRIED TO REINSTALL THEM... WHY AM I PAYING FOR A SERVICE I CANT GET FOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS!!! [Edited: "Language/Solicitation"]

Hi there, @user_bf80cc. Thank you for reaching out to us via our forums. Is the issue with Discovery Plus happening on the cable box? Are you also having the same issue when you try to access it via the app on another device?
