Discovery Life Channel

Is anyone able to access the Discovery Life channel on Stream?  I was told I would be able to get that channel when I signed up for cable and that it was not on the regular channel line up but I could access it through Xfinity Stream. When I try to watch it always says that I do not get that channel and I need to upgrade. I have the 200+ channels and I have called four different times and each time I am told a different thing and I still cannot access it.
