difference between Netflix Standard and Netflix Premium

I have Netflix Standard in my Xfinity Package/Bundle.

Also, my bill reflects a charge for Netflix Premium at $7.50 per month.

I don't remember upgrading to Netflix Premium and can you tell me the difference between the two?

The differences, appear to be:
With Premium, you can have four different devices watching at once; with Standard, the limit is 2
Premium has 4K capability (although I have been told the actual number of 4K shows/movies is limited); Standard does not
Premium lets you download on 6 devices at once; with Standard (the no-ads version), the limit is 2
Premium lets you include two people who don't live with you; Standard (the no-ads version) only lets you include 1

@westwayneguy88888 - apparently, Premium has something called "Spatial audio," but there is a note: "TVs or soundbars that use 5.1 surround sound or Dolby Atmos will play using that technology instead of spatial audio."
