Diamond member can't activate Peacock Premium

Hi, I’m a Diamond member in the new Xfinity Membership program. I received the email stating that I’m eligible for the free Peacock Premium benefit, but when I click the activation link it says I’m not eligible. Other Diamond members are reporting the same issue, and it appears to be caused by an entitlement mismatch on the backend. I started a chat and they opened support ticket. <Edited for PII> a couple of days ago. Today I get a text saying the ticket is closed but it contains no information or explanation and the situation is not resolved. When I go onto my membership benefits page it shows that the "get Peacock Premium" benefit has been claimed. When I click on that claim it pops open a window with a  link to activate the Peacock premium but when I click on that link it takes me to a page that says I am not eligible. Can you help me get the Peacock premium.

I can get on Peacock but 90% of the movies are locked.  Went to the Xfinity store here in Yuba City Ca.  and he worked on it for about an hour then he told me he couldn't fix it.  I was suspose to have access to all of the movies.   Very rude person.  I originally got Peacock for having the high speed internet.  I was suppose to get it free for 2 years.  That didn't happen.  The rude person at the Xfinity store said "well did you pay for peacock"  I responded with no that it was a reward.  His answer was if you didn't pay for it why worry about it.  You have the high speed internet.  Rudest people I have ever met.  Since he couldn't fix it I am just suppose to just forget about it.  I didn't pay directly for Peacock but my Xfinity bill was over $279.00 so I should be able to get the reward.  It's their fault but the guy treated me like it was my fault and to just go away because he couldn't fix the problem.  He should be fired.  DON"T  buy Xfinity.  Was very close to yelling but then what good would that do.  They have us over a barrel.  They can just refuse to fix it and nothing I can do  about it.
