detroit bally via disney??

I already pay for disney+. i used to be able to access disney+ by saying it. now I ask for bally detroit and I'm relocated to My Disney, spent 1/2 hour signing up due to the stupid on screen letter selection, get through it, ( because you HAVE TO ALLOW THE SENDING OF ALL OF THEIR PROMOTIONS FEOM EVERY SUBSIDIARY?) Then have to sign in to disney+ with a password, who knows these passwords anyway.. then it says purchase upgrade for disney+. I exit, try Bally again and said I could purchase upgrade.   I have disney+, which now has Bally, so why cant I just ask for my disney+ without the whole password email DOB maiden name favorite food last time I drank champagne, when was the last date that your outdoor temperature was 76 degrees, to the minute is there a firmament?  all I waned to do was see the detroit Red Wings game and those in the future
